These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gitawin platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on gitawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

gitawin is strictly restricted to players aged 18 years and above. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned or forfeited in accordance with these terms. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player may hold only one active gitawin account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Multiple accounts created to abuse bonus offers are treated as fraud.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry window for each offer are stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of opt-in.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your verified gitawin account. Cash-outs to third-party accounts, unverified bKash or Nagad numbers, or accounts belonging to other persons are not permitted under any circumstances.
The use of automated betting systems, bots, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit platform pricing errors, or any software that gives an unfair technical advantage is strictly prohibited. gitawin reserves the right to void bets and close accounts in confirmed cases of abuse.
gitawin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and gitawin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gitawin platform — including its website, mobile interface, sports betting services, casino games, live dealer tables, and payment cashier — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the gitawin platform regardless of how they access it, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by gitawin. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gitawin.
Access to and use of the gitawin platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
gitawin uses technical measures and third-party verification services to assist in identifying underage access. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.
To use the gitawin platform, you must register a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
Each individual may hold only one active gitawin account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. gitawin employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances associated with the non-primary account may be forfeited, particularly where the duplication was used to circumvent bonus restrictions or betting limits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. gitawin strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service. You must notify gitawin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
gitawin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from gitawin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
In accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, gitawin may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to: a government-issued National ID card or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.
gitawin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), Upay (UCB), Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The current list of active payment methods is displayed in your account cashier.
The minimum deposit amount on gitawin is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though gitawin reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming policy or at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business hours for bank transfers. gitawin does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during operating hours (9:00am–10:00pm BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
gitawin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above a certain threshold, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed on the following business day.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on gitawin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If a deposit is made from a payment source denominated in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. gitawin is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations applied by third-party payment providers.
The following payment-related activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
gitawin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, and other time-limited campaigns. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
All bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms and conditions at the point of opt-in. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus credit and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Players who have self-excluded, whose accounts are under review, or who have previously been identified as abusing bonus offers are not eligible to participate in promotional offers. gitawin reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and may withdraw a bonus offer from any player at any time if there is reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
gitawin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; hedging bonus-eligible bets with real-money bets on the same or opposite outcome; using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; and colluding with other players to redistribute bonus funds. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
gitawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a player has successfully opted into a promotion and the promotional terms have been confirmed, those terms will not be retroactively changed to the player's detriment during the active promotional period.
All casino games available on gitawin — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and arcade games — are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. gitawin does not alter, interfere with, or override game outcomes at any stage.
Sports betting markets — including cricket betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by specific sport and market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) shall be the binding reference. gitawin reserves the right to void bets on events that have been subject to match-fixing investigations.
The following technical conduct is strictly prohibited:
gitawin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where prohibited technical conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, associated winnings will be forfeited and the account will be subject to closure.
In the event of an internet disconnection during a game round or live bet, the game round will continue to resolve on the server side according to its normal RNG process. gitawin is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by factors outside the platform's server infrastructure, including your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.
gitawin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its players. As a condition of using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsible gaming obligations.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that the outcome of all games and bets is uncertain, and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and not to chase losses by increasing wager amounts beyond your planned budget. In addition to the specific prohibited conduct described in the game rules and payment sections above, the following general conduct is prohibited on the gitawin platform:
gitawin cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity. Account balances may be frozen pending such investigations, and gitawin reserves the right to disclose account information to relevant authorities as required by law.
You may close your gitawin account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, gitawin will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.
gitawin reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; account security concerns; or regulatory requirements. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or withdraw. gitawin will contact you at your registered email address with further information regarding the suspension.
gitawin may permanently close an account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, prohibited technical conduct, or underage access, gitawin reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In cases where the closure is administrative in nature and not related to player misconduct, verified balances will be returned to the account holder.
The gitawin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gitawin makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform and the accuracy of all displayed information, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gitawin's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gitawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, or technical failures beyond gitawin's reasonable control.
gitawin integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and identity verification providers. gitawin is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of these third-party providers, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
gitawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — gitawin will provide advance notice to registered account holders via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the gitawin platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current agreement governing your use of the platform. The date displayed at the top of this page ("Effective Date") indicates when the current version of these Terms came into force.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with gitawin's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
In the event of a dispute regarding account activity, game outcomes, payment processing, or the interpretation of these Terms, you should first contact gitawin's support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. gitawin commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 2 business days and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently without the need for formal legal proceedings.
